This is third chair I bought and by far the most comfortable. It also is the most adjustable for my office. I recommend upgrading the wheels. May buy another to use for home office.

This chair was uncomfortable, and this company's customer service is terrible. Be aware that you cannot return it unless you pay for the return yourself for this very heavy chair.

I had to replace an office chair and based on reviews and my research chose this one. I am excited that it is exactly as described and everyone is right about the comfort and craftsmanship. My brother helped me put it together and now he wants one. Has made working from home that much more comfortable. The added cushions are perfect for long meetings online. I don't game but would never get another kind of chair.

Purchased this gaming chair for my son as a Christmas gift after he did some research. He loves it! I sat in it and the chair sort of hugs you. The arm rests adjust to move in or out. Easy to assemble and definitely comfortable.

I've tried many office chairs, and with some upper neck/spine issues, couldn't never get the right support so that there wasn't strain. This chair has been very supportive. I'm also to get comfortable, it keeps me from awkward postures. My only minor beef is the small neck pillow with the single strap - I can't get it to the right vertical position due to the shape of the upper portion of the chair. However, I find that I don't even need the pillow, so it's a bit of a moot point for me.
